I am not absolving the BOD of blame in the Crossflo fiasco. But logic dictates to me that if anything they gave Goerner way too much latitude in getting the Crossflo deal done.

Yes, the BOD screwed up big-time with this deal. But in my mind they screwed up by not having enough control on Goerner, not the other way around.
