My ultimate point is expressed better by teremoto.

Goerner had control for +/- 19 months. 3 Amigos have had control for over 9 years. Goerner is gone, perhaps rightly so. They need to follow their own lead and fire themselves as well and open the potential up to new qualified CEO and BOD blood.
