Hm, you don't seem to understand the fundamental importance of the USPTO proceedings - it's kind of digital:
0 = patents are under permanent investigation by a system which prefers the infringer
= no (or small) revenue from the patents
1= patents get validated by the USPTO AND infringement gets penalized by a judge in a court
= $$$$ revenue from the patents
As long as this simple requirement of case "1" is not fulfilled you will get to nowhere with the replacement of the BoD (and I'm still waiting for reasonable suggestions how this can be done by some wacko (just a bit exaggerating...;-)) shareholders on a messaging board).
