FYI/FWIW:

As opposed to a formal SEC complaints or class action lawsuits, which in my opinion may not bring about the results (increased share price) investors desire..

Personally I am hoping for some good PTO news re '336 soon.. or they issue Swartz another 100M warrants as a reason to run the price up again..
