Firstly, sincere thanks to all who attended and eternal gratitude for the excellent reports from the ASM, it is greatly appreciated.

Secondly, many shares are held in "street name" and consequently one such entity could cover hundreds, if not thousands, of individual investors.

Lastly, as long as there were votes for the incumbent BoD, they remain in place - plurality voting.
