Thank you so much for such an informative report. It was well worth the wait :-)

After reading your report, I can say that I feel encouraged. The BoD seem to recognise the fact that they have made mistakes in the past, but are working on rectifying them. The fact that Gloria admitted to this and seemed genuinely concerced about it makes me believe that perhaps they intend to find a path that will lead to shareholder satisfaction and success. One can only hope :-)
