or if they totaled the abstained/against and then totaled the for and 'never voted'??

My other question arises from StormKing/Sking's ASM notes:

-Proof of Meeting, A complete list of stockholders is present. 410 million shares. 334 million shares present or 80% of the shares of the company present at meeting.

Is this stating that there were 334 Mil shares present and represented at the meeting? I must be reading this incorrectly... How was it possible that 334M shares were repped at the meeting.. with only 37 retail shareholders present?
