I'm still confused. TPL agreed not to sue on the 584, and it is not one of our counterclaims. Hence the only thing left was Barco's claim that it did not infringe on the 584. So exactly what is being dismissed relative to the 584?

If Barco is motioning to dismiss its claim with respect to the 584, is that an adversarial motion?????
