that Barco and TPL/PTSC will be working on something together and that the new lawyers are pretty confident they can win agaist the others. I just can't imagine an opponent's lawyers moving to the other side if they did not feel that there was a just cause. It also appears that our previous attornies did something that could/did hurt us in some way and were asked to withdraw from the case. Seems as though that it was pretty obvious to the judge also.
