One additional point. That is why do we want Barco's counsel?

I suspect that TPL is using our current counsel in its battle with Moore over ownership of MMP. If so, then Moore logically may have demanded that TPL not use the same counsel representing Moore in any litigation with infringers of the MMP.

That situation would require TPL make a change somewhere. If Barco was close or at settlement stage anyway, it would seem logical to seek Barco's counsel rather than have to start from scratch. If substitution with Barco's counsel was possible, that is the preferred way to go from TPL's point of view.
