Something odd. Has others noticed that the date of the order is February 12th? Even though the order not released until the 23rd?

Is this unusual? Seems to be saying that the judge knew what was going on and while OK with the motion, needed to hold back the release for something????

I don't know, just noticed it and it seemed odd to me that the order would be something other than the day it was released/signed.
