All are resonable explanations IMO. Too many moving parts. Could well be an indication of when a proposed "settlement" with Barco occurred as many here have conjectured. In any event, I would be opposed to the swap as well if I were on the other side of the coin as well.

One thing is clear, lag times are evident all the way around (USPTO, Court System, TPL, PTSC,..the list goes on and on..)
