Bottom line: YOU can choose to be worried about what happens to PTSC and MMP patent enforcement after 2021 (the known 2015 plus 6 year "look back" for infringers notified prior to patent expiration), or you can choose not to worry about it.

Are you sure it is a 6 year look back? I thought it was 2 or 3 years tops?
