From the reports I read of the SHM, I believe Henneman said something like "it should collapse on it's own weight" when referring to this current '336 reex. I don't think this is a typical situation, given that a recert has been issued and the reasons stated for granting this reex, therefore I believe the normal approx. 5 month wait from "Date forwarded to Examiner" doesn't apply in this case. IMHO
