Opty's point about it being only six days between the date it was forwarded to examiner and the completion of the litigation search seems to say alot. imo I think maybe the ongoing court cases, the baseless claim of prior art already alluded to here, the reexam of a reexam, and pressure from TPL and Henneman may result in a speedier OA. I also would think that the speculators might start to show up soon. good luck
