Good point. When I think of consultants, I conjure up people trying to figure out what the client wants to hear, and then doing what they can to provide it. Might the BOD view Baroni in the same way? Also, a paid consultant is not going to provide the same degree of cover for the BOD, which I think they are looking to get.
