While I get what you are saying, I also can see Opty's point.
One of my more recent criticisms of the BoD is their hiring Baroni & Co. as consultants and no other consultants toward getting at least a second opinion. Yes Baroni should have high ethical standards and should be concerned about his success towards promoting his new business. The concern, as I voiced then, is whether his first priority is "promote and improve PTSC" or "promote Eclat/Baroni" (whatever their name is now) while engaged in this effort. A second consultant could alleviate this concern. Perhaps Mistry serves as that "second opinion" as I believe Opty is suggesting. The potential problem with this line of thinking is the connections between Baroni and Mistry that existed previously. Would Mistry's input truly be "independent"?
