Actually, I never implied, suggested or anything of the like. I simply stated the last public disclosure about the qualities sought in the new CEO were in a PR from last year about Eclat's role and report, a report that was due by the end of last year. I don't think I've ever stated that it should be released publicly, and I certainly never expected it to be.
