Do you believe that the major complaining on this forum (we know they monitor it, and probably have representation on it) along with investors contacting the company directly to voice their displeasure has had an influence on the BoD member who is quoted above and her obvious desire to attempt to do the right thing??"

If I have a problem with someone I tell them directly. I don't tell their neighbor, their co-worker, their mother, or anyone else. I tell them. That way I KNOW the message has been received. I don't KNOW that the BOD or anyone else at PTSC reads this forum. Because some anonymous poster has stated that that is the case doesn't convince me. Regardless, I am pretty darn sure that what's posted on this board has a much greater chance of affecting investor sentiment than it does BOD sentiment.
