Were I on the BoD and on the back of the OSC allegations, I would give serious consideration to contacting the SEC about possible share price manipulation.

It would be possible to sell stock into any increase in price, bash, wait for the price to fall, buy back in, sell into any increase in price, repeat. And, it wouldn't need millions of shares either, a 2 cents net gain, on a monthly basis would yield over $200,000 in annual profit, on 100,000 shares.

All that the BoD needs do is show a pattern.
