Based on "your comments", I'm not so sure how sincere you are with your question(s). I think you may have already made up your mind. Sorry if I'm off base.

I actually do believe it will make it easier to go after infringers with a recertified patent than it has been during this and the last re-exam period. I believe we will see the licensing activity pick up where it left off before the re-exams if they are recertified. However, unlike some others, I don't believe we will be collecting much higher license fees than what we received before.
