Lots of factors to consider..... if the 336 comes through "round 2" like round 1.... it seems as if all infringers would be worried about treble damages..... and would want to settle....

however... PTSC & TPL have a current spat that (I belive will get resoved... once PTO finishes it is funny how people resolve thier issues when monay can be made...)

Other factors I am sure many of the infringers smell blood..(TPL broke,,, and not wanting long court battles...)

My guess,,,,, after the PTO action on the 336 we will see a favorable outcome... TPL will have sveral signings for moneis that will get us & TPL into the green.... then we see more companies moving...

I agree with your assement take one(or a few) to court... slap them around & see real settlements..!!!!!
