Our "litigation" with ARM only pertained to the '584.
As for "chips identified that don't infringe", yup, there are a lot of those out there. It all depends on application. Chips employed for execution of simple instructions and/or where speed is not necessarily essential probably won't include our tech. Simple example: Your garage door opener probably has a chip in it. Instructions are Open, Close, Stop/Retract (simple) and don't need to be processed in a nanosecond.
