I like your bold forecast.

But I have seen companies able to feign sincere negotiations, claiming the purchase agreement is almost signed, then they blame internal bureaucratic delays for not yet getting the needed signatures. This could last several months. When TPL finally takes legal action, how long out will that court date be? And how many delays of the court date can an infringer secure? Legal maneuvers could go for several more months – all in the effort to delay the cash flow with little or no expenses. Lawyers know this dance very well. Would you rush out to pay for something today that you can delay until next quarter, or next year with no additional cost?

I'd say in total we'd be talking USPTO determination + 6 months before the flow of license sales looks decent. Not bad.
