Somehow, probably thru an HTC rep,. the backdoor deal that was being made by TPL with HTC representatives was leaked to PTSC and started this whole recent mess. Makes you believe that someone has scrupples, or is it just maneuvering? Divide and conquer? More than likely a convenient situation that meets several goals for HTC.

Makes you wonder just who were all the parties in the "all parties are happy" in the J's deal. Our bod never mentioned that they were not happy. Guess it was part of the NDA.
