Somehow, probably thru an HTC rep,. the backdoor deal that was being made by TPL with HTC representatives was leaked to PTSC and started this whole recent mess

Daniel Leckrone, an employee and an attorney for TPL, has been improperly contacting HTC employees, including members of its top management, regarding the subject matter of this litigation without consent of HTC’s counsel of records, despite of HTC’s repeated objections. Such contact with HTC employees by Mr. Leckrone is a violation of Rule 2-100, and HTC seeks an order from this Court under its inherent power to prohibit Mr. Leckrone’s improper contact with HTC.
