It is my belief that when an offical of HTC, or an attorney for HTC took action against TPL for talking to representatives it came out into the open and thus the action by PTSC. If they did nothing when in fact there was a record of what was happening then they would have been vulnerable. As I said in a recent post "People seem to be much more motivated when events become far too obvious and are displayed in the public domain."
