Read it again:

"(ii) effective immediately, TPL must not market patent portfolios in which PDS does not have an interest with the MMP Patent Portfolio."

PDS's ONLY interest is in the MMP. TPL must market the MMP solely or bundled with another represented patent portfolio. Essentially, TPL can not independently market any patent portfolio except the MMP.
