Critically important questions:
1. What are the fees garnered seperately by these other patents that TPL was pushing?
2. What occurred exactly between Mr. Leckrone and HTC? Was he attempting to make a sweet deal for himself and not in the best interests of the MMP TPLhat HTC found out about and objected to Judge Fogle?
3. Why did TPL back off during the Markman when Judge Ward strongly stood by the MMP?
4. Were their behind closed doors deals occurring all along the way by TPL to garner funds through other means that they didn't share with PTSC?
5. Was Charles Moore aware of these deals?
6. Was TPL shortchanging PTSC, Mr. Moore and the MMP Portfolio as well?
7. Was Mr. Johnson, hoodwinked or heaven forbid bought off by Mr. Leckrone?
There appears to be numerous problems that exist in the handling and managing of the MMP portfolio. Action needs to be taken immediately by PTSC to obtain legal advice, in addition to advice from Mr. Johnson, on iron clad ways that we can protect the MMP! It is essential that loose cannons be held accountable.
