Your thorough explanation is too simple; the contracts guy who was in charge of a group of lawyers won't be able to understand it. We were getting inveigled by Dan Leckrone since the SONY fiasco (probably before) on forward, and it hasn't stopped. Wonder why the contracts guy can't/won't concede that he is just FLAT WRONG?
