The only difference between now and then is that there are now no revenues coming in. The Bod is now worried that their gig is up. They knew this was happening before but since enough money was coming into the coffers to cover their life styles they did not care. It will now be interesting to see if the SEC will start an investigation pertaining to their obvious lack of fidicuary duties. People seem to be much more motivated when events become far too obvious and are displayed in the public domain.
