While there may have been suspicion in the past, without a balance of probability any challenge would have been an exercise in futility, in my very humble opinion.

The Blue Coat, Optoma, and Arcelik licenses would appear to be the "smoking gun" needed to move from suspicion to action.

I now look forward to the complaints about it taking a whole six weeks before the commencement of legal action against TPL.
