Unfortunately, I agree with your view of the likely shortterm impact of these developments, and am quite concerned that we'll hear of some type of financing deal to support these legal efforts as it's hard to imagine PTSC can fight much of battle with a FINITE amount of capital it has.

Hopefully, that's a cynical and pessimistic outlook, but that's what 4 years of this BOD has left me to expect, sad to say.
