Our BoD has decided "which way to go" and it is with Baroni and CTSH (or at least DM from CTSH). They (Baroni and DM) found a way that we can "remove ourselves" from the hand that steals from us and now maybe THEY will take over the ins and outs of at least our share of the portfolio. I don't think that our orioginal BoD members would have ever had the nerve, gumption, or know-how to do this. There is more to it than meets the eye, IMHO. GL and goodnight.
