The MMP is a seminal patent portfolio that can only be cheapened with the addition of new patents that may be innovative or not that you are peddling. It is absolutely NO DIFFERENT than TRYING TO SELL CDX TO THE CUSTOMER, MAYBE REDUCING THE LICENSE ON MMP TO INITIATE OUR NEW PROGRAM.

I cannot believe that smart people on this board cannot see how we are getting screwed by TPL. The BOD has every right to go after them with all the legal support they can afford. Obviously, the BOD was lazy as the license funds continued to roll in but finally a light went on when they saw, now, how they had been monstrously played by someone that is a completely lousy thug hiding in sheeps clothing, the white knight going to save our patent system

If you go out shopping your wares like TPL and the MMP is presented as a gotcha which it truly is. As we all know, people everywhere are abusing the use of the MMP technology and then you say by the by I've got this and this to sell you, pretty soon the true message that you are sending is lost. They have no more rights selling their software than we would have selling CDX. All TPL is concerned with is setting up their future. They have completely taken their eye off the ball and we are suffering the consequences. Hundreds of others should already be signed up at reduced prices only because the MMP has not been completely revalidated. TPL has broken the contract and they need to pay a high price. We need to get CM to support us and himself in breaking off from TPL and get another patent firm to accomplish what TPL has failed to do.
