Ultimately, the only reference to auditing is kind of boilerplate language in the SEC filings saying that PTSC audits PDS according to standards. However, there's nothing to reflect that they assure that what you say isn't happening in those "standard" procedures.

I think the lawsuit suggests that PTSC isn't satsified that it's not, or perhaps with all the previous outcries from shareholders about this issue, combined with the HTC filing revelation, PTSC's BOD could no longer ignore it without some kind of official action to limit their liability.
