Well, with the above, at least I understand your line of thought. I guess it could be acceptable to PTSC, as long as PDS had a say as to the final price of the MMP portion and a full understanding of all portfolio price negotiations. Perhaps that is exactly what is being requested, but it seems a stretch to me.
