If we expect to continue to license the MMP, then I suggest someone who is expert in that process, and who has an excellent grasp of IP law and perhaps experience in and/or with the legal departments of some of these targeted infringers.

Considering I expect that with the current conflicts with TPL and the slow USPTO process, that PTSC may need to raise capital at some point if licensing issues aren't quickly resolved, someone who is connected and savy in arranging and securing that capital in ways that is friendly to PTSC shareholders as well as attractive to the financier(s) is appropriate, IMO.

A successful corporate communications professional might be another type of person to consider, one who understands the value of a good, proactive and transparent communication strategy, and how that can positively raise the profile of a company and attract new shareholders, even when a company is facing challenges.

I'd like to see our BOD replaced, but with people who through their relationships, professional background, and skill sets, would have immediate ability to help PTSC. Something that IMO is sorely lacking in the current board's make up.

I too would like to see someone like Baroni if in fact he was shareholder/company friendly. We don't need Carl Icahn, lol. No one is taking care of the shareholder, it seems. Remember, we only have 5 members and as fine a person as Dr. Falk is, in this day and age, we can't afford to continue to support someone who is not directly contributing to mission. He, Felcyn and other board members have millions of shares. You would think that they wouldn't mind stepping aside and put the company in the hands of more appropriate BOD members. We also need to know more about the work of Schrock and Mistry. Are they helping PDSG?

PTSC also definitely needs a strong legal team to enforce our interests. Everyone calls for the dissolution of the board but TPL should be the thing we drop soonest. This is easier said than done and requires a strong legal defense. PTSC has bent over backwards to help this TPL only to get screwed over and over. Enough already. TPL is cutting our throat. We cannot partner with someone with no integrity that we cannot trust. Previously, David Pohl was a strong lawyer. Although disliked by many, he was successful in moving share price. The arrangement with Swartz killed PTSC SP and the only way we seemed to make a comeback was with Goerner. Retrospectively, the shareholder may have done better with divies that might have even caused more buying. Ironically, the MMP is stronger and PDSG is better than what we had then company wise. We have industry leaders that have been licensed. Nothing has changed. We still have a strong portfolio, that we must now guard as Leckrone has his eye on upsetting the apple cart. His legal maneuvering must be met head on and every effort should be made to take this away from him and back to Moore and PTSC. It is easy to see now what Moore was talking about in his diary.

In TPL's place, we need a strong legal firm that can challenge the infringers. There have even been suggestions from Milestone and others on patent lawyers that could get the job done. This also is easier said than done. The MMP is a valuable portfolio. We cannot let it, the PDSG or any other piece of the company to be managed poorly.
