Mr. Hennneman has performed well from my perspective but currently he seems to be held back from pursuing finalization.
Oscar,
I don't believe Henneman would intentionally hold back his negotiations with the USPTO regarding defending the MMP patents.
IMO opinion what may be happening is that he may not be getting paid on time by TPL. They did have to borrow money from us. Do they now expect us to bear part of the expense for Henneman? Perhaps why they never paid the second loan?IMO as you suggest Henneman works directly for TPL, since it was initially CM, as CTO of TPL and owner of the patents, who defended them against challenges. In 2007 Henneman was given power of attorney with USPTO. IMO at that time the rift between CM and TPL may have started. For some reason CM stopped defending the patents. Was that part of his responsibilty with TPL for which he was being paid, or part of their partnership agreement? Since Henneman was an added expense is this when the money rift began which now seems to affect all parties ?
