Looks like today's hearing for PTSC to argue to unseal the papers with TPL was pulled off of the court's calendar on 5/11/10. Again we wait?!
Sure would be nice if, that since PTSC put out a press release stating that they would argue against TPL's motion to seal at today's hearing, that they might consider updating us that that wasn't the case any longer, but I know I expect too much when I hope for clear communication from PTSC. Oh well. Anyone who might understand better what likely transpired through this information, please feel free to jump in.
