"On April 26, 2010 the Court ordered the papers on file to be provisionally sealed."

That's according to PTSC in their last PR of the same deate. I assume that means the judge signed such a order, so I suspect it's too late to find the docs in question. Considering PTSC filed the lawsuit on 4/22, it's too bad that PTSC didn't announce the same until 4/26 after the court had already ordered the documents sealed.

Whether intentional, or coincidental, (while I appreciate Mr. Bailey's post, and read his characterization of PTSC management as honorable), with all the history, it's hard to give PTSC that benefit of the doubt as it seems they consistently and continually shut the retail investor out, which I don't consider honorable.

With PTSC's intimate relationship with TPL, and their knowledge of TPL's tactics, they ha to know the first thing TPL would do would be to seal the documents. While I'm not sure, I assume, if a PR had been issued on 22nd regarding the lawsuit, we would've had 4 days to look for documents that might be associated with the case.
