Thank you. Yes, I am a concerned investor not just for myself but for all of us and will continue to dig for information and likewise make that information available to all.

Once again, the carrot is dangled just as it has been time and time again. Years have come and gone as have CEOs, and failed M &As. The only constant has been certain board members who also, IMHO have failed us all and really should resign their positions and give others a chance to turn this around and really bring value to shareholders. I have no suggestions as to replacements for those board members. However, I'm sure that several of you here might have some good ideas.

The problem still remains that if they don't resign, the shareholders have no recourse. I don't believe they will ever put themselves in a situation where we could vote them out.
