I don't know about answering all questions absolutely correct, but with out too much research it seems applicable to me.

It CERTAINLY seems more realistic than secret deals that have been outright denied by the former CEO, company and official press releases, yet some still seem hung up and perpetuate that total nonsense (and before you even ask, I am not going to prove a negative so don't bother ask how I know there isn't).

I would say his suggestion absolutely has merit.
