All I can say is please let me know the day before it's filed!

Why?

Do you think there is a possibility that the BoD has a liability indemnification clause in their employment agreements? If so, the company would absorb liability. Assuming $20M in assets, say goodbye to $10M as the company pulls out all the stops to defend itself with all-out legal support.

Then, assume that you have a viable case (because the market would make that assumption), and assume that you (logically) prevail. Likely half the proceeds go to YOUR legal representation. PTSC is left with $5M for your Trust account, maybe (assuming everything happened instantly, and no other costs incurred before resolution). That money would last how long? Trustee fees and administrative costs?

PDS/Alliacense cost of operations? Cost for legal support in NorCal, Henneman, Leckrone, etc.? Or would the prudent Trustee abandon those efforts? (Trustees are inherently risk-averse, as they are liable for placing assets at risk).

Ultimately, you could probably say goodbye to the MMP (with Lecky doing his Elvis impersonation, saying "thankyaveramuch").

PPS: .02 - if you're lucky. And that's on the day PTSC files the 8K "Material Event", advising of the suit.

And if you lost in litigation? Moot point. You already lost on the day the action was filed.

And how long from litigation start to finish?

Please do advise on that day before it's filed.

TIA,

SGE
