"4. I still believe in the value and potential of the MMP and if the re-cert is the singular event that increases the share price to break even for us, we are gone. However, I seriously doubt that this will happen."
IMO the dispute between Moore and TPL was, and is the the most significant event that led to the stagnation situation we are in today. It seems as if TPL's money is tied up somehow and they no longer are willing to persue settlements until more certainty of how the funds are to be dispursed. Now they are involved in a law suit with us over non-performance issues. Why would they voluntarily do that knowing the repurcussions? Is there some type of court order in place frreezing funds until issues are settled? If it only involved this failed arbitration attempt by Moore why is he still not talking? The only money that Moore recieved was paid after, and to stop him, from posting on his blog about his disputes with TPL. Apparently the infringers feel this is significant because they have all stopped licensing since then. Also why hasn't the USPTO responded to the seemingly routine last reexam request. Ownership issues could be the problem? If anyone has access to Pacers please check to see if there is any activity in this regard.
