"Can't argue with FACTS."

That's the beauty of our two points. Mine is based on unarguable FACTS, and yours is based on untruthful statements.

As you well know, PTSC has NO Chairman of the Board of Directors, the ONLY position on the Unisys board that would receive the $100K that you are so willing to grant Mr. Johnson. As you know, PTSC has had no C.O.B. for many years now, so unless you have an SEC filing that shows otherwise, your FACT is actually FICTION. As for his PDS management committee fee being $36K, unless he were attending an additional 24 meetings per year, ON TOP of the 12 EXTRA meetings I already alotted for him, then in the Unisys model, Mr. Johnson wouldn't receive any extra money for being on the committee, since he's not the CHAIR of the PDS Management Committee.

As for stock based compensation, I suppose if our directors had the kind of faith that the Unisys directors clearly have in their company, CJ and Felcyn would welcome the opportunity to earn over half of their income in stock based compensation. Frankly, I think based on what is posted here, MOST SHAREHOLDERS would welcome move by our BOD to slash their cash compensation by more than half, and receive the REST in stock.

Unfortunately, as with most things PTSC, the BOD doesn't seemed to be aligned with shareholders on this issue.

It's interesting to see you DISprove my previous post, where I wrote:

"PTSC had to increase the BOD cash fee's to amounts comparable to those for some Fortune 500 BOD members."

I guess I was being too conservative in my comment, and not expecting that our BOD was compensating themselves with cash fees IN EXCESS of those for some Fortune 500 BOD members. Thanks for clarifying that.
