First, I would rarely, if ever, attempt to gauge someone's integrity by a single event in their lives, especially if my only source of knowledge was what I learned on the internet
I too explored the WIPO documentation for authenticity and discovered that it was, in fact, a legitimate document.
What did cause me concern was the fluctuating and ongoing registration of domain names, details of which, by their very nature, have unfortunately only been based on information learned on the internet.
Even allowing for such factors as delays in updating records, erroneous records, and domains being given away freely, there still remain a large percentage which are dormant, which, based on the prior WIPO determination, should raise questions for the reasonable man.
I'm sure that you would agree, clarification of such issues would remove most, if not all, concerns.
