As the Captain of the Ryder Cup is restricted to selecting only four of the twelve-player team, and with a BoD of five, wouldn't this leave at best two members to select, but probably only one, unless the BoD was increased to six members?

There is nothing to prevent the "10 biggest shareholders" mapping out their requirements for one, two, or even all Board members, and presenting their selections for consideration at the next, or any, annual meeting of shareholders.

I look forward to seeing this list of nominees, with full supporting evidence as to their suitability, along with their business plan to increase shareholder value, as I have been doing for some considerable time.
