The BoD could have issued a statement no later than this morning alluding to the fact of the 336 NIRC which is in the public domain, as most or all companies would expeditiously do to alert all shareholders of the status of their single most valuable asset. But then again, that might revert the spotlight from the USPTO back to the BoD, and the untidy little mess of their licensing JV gone awry. Thus their silence with respect to “the extremely positive recertification news” is perhaps as expected. Aah, no such thing as “change we can believe in”………………. Go figure.
The BoD has once again been handed the ball (in the red zone, again); unfortunately we still have the same ball carriers as before. Is that Chris Berman I hear …………. http://www.entertonement.com/clips/yhytcvnyvf--FUMBLE-ESPN-Chris-Berman-Football-_
