The civil action is for non-payment, NOT fraud.

Is the suggestion that PTSC starts from scratch, with the obvious cost implications for reverse-engineering thousands of products, and to then chase the same infringers that TPL have already been in negotiation with for some time?

To me, that would be a waste of shareholder funds.
